World Transmissions Inc., was established in March of 1992. Over the years we became known in Kent and Sussex County for our abilities. As time went on, we began to outgrow our location. In August of 2010 we got an offer to move our company to a location that would fit our ever expanding customer base. We moved to our current location on RT13/ North DuPont Highway in Dover Delaware. Our 2010 move also came with adding a second division to our company, to include full services to our repair abilities. In addition to providing new services and a second division, we also incorporated Complete Car Care Center into our name, to represent these changes.  We are now known as World Transmissions and Complete Car Care Center.

At World Transmissions and Complete Car Care Center, we have been working for 25 years to change the customers’ experiences with mechanic shops. We believe that our customers need to be educated on why their vehicles are performing or not performing correctly. Our moto is to "maintain informative customer relationships built on trust". Over the years, we have found that most customers are not being educated about the repairs that their vehicles need. This leaves the customer stuck paying a bill that they do not fully understand. Therefore, we strive to explain exactly what needs to be repaired and why; even if it means giving a visual explanation using their vehicle. We, at World Transmissions and Complete Car Care Center, believe an educated and informed customer is more likely to feel comfortable about having their vehicle repaired at our facility.

With over 30 years of combined Transmission, Engine, and Technical training, we strive to be one of the best in the industry. We work diligently to achieve maximum education in our field.
